1.The term 'relevant fields or subjects' used in Item 3, Subparagraph 3, Article 3 of the Regulations Governing Educational Institutions at All levels Applying for Work Permits for Foreign Teachers and Their Administration refers to the following fields and subjects at each education stage taught by foreign teachers at public or registered private elementary schools, junior high schools, or senior secondary schools：

（1）At the elementary school education stage: Arts (Arts), Health and Physical Education (Health and Physical Education), Integrative Activities (Integrative Activities)

（2）At the junior high school education stage: Arts (Music, Visual Arts, Performing Arts), Health and Physical Education (Health Education, Physical Education), Integrative Activities (Home Economics. Scouting. Guidance and Counseling), Technology (Living Technology, Information Technology)

（3）At the senior secondary school education stage: Arts (Music, Fine Arts, Arts and Life), Health and Physical Education (Health Education, Physical Education), Integrative Activities (Life Education, Career Planning, Home Economics), Technology (Living Technology, Information Technology)

2.This rule shall take effect on June 30, 2026.
