1.In order to promote arts education, National Taiwan Arts Education Center (hereinafter referred to NTAEC) produces the on-line art courses, providing art courses for the public, and stipulates these regulations as principles for fees.

2.The online courses of NTAEC are provide to the public, and every course is charged by NT$100.

3.Those with the following identity may be exempted from tuition fees:

(1) The Low-income Family Certificate receiver

(2) The Disability Manual receiver  

(3) Over the age of 65

4.Course users, after paying tuitions, should not ask for refund or reservation by any reason, apart from the reason, which is attributed to NTAEC, causes the course cannot be used.  

5.The tuitions stipulated by these regulations may be discussed and amended by NTAEC upon such factors as manufacturing, maintenance, and management.
