Title: National Taiwan Arts Education Center Directions for the Utilization of the Website “E-Arts Learning” Ch

Content: 1. The National Taiwan Arts Education Center (hereinafter referred to as “the Center”) hereby sets the following  for the purpose of promoting online arts and humanity education, improving the quality of arts and humanity education in elementary and junior high schools, and increasing the public’s skills and knowledge on arts, and their willingness for life-long learning.
 
2. The platform—“E-Arts Learning” website—for continuing education belongs to the Center is at http://elearn.arte.gov.tw.
 
3. Membership of E-Arts Learning includes:
(1) Citizens;
(2) Public employees;
(3) Teachers.
 
4. Learning credit authenticate: Public employees or teachers who are the E-Arts Learning users and meet the following requirement will receive learning credits.
(1) Authenticate of life long learning credits for public employees
i. The users are required to register as a member of E-Arts Learning and fill out the required information such as ID numbers.
ii. The users are required to take a course and keep learning for minimum 50% of its full length and receive a minimum test score of 80.
(2) Authenticate of teacher’s training credits
i. The users are required to register as a member of E-Arts Learning and fill out the required information for the authenticate including members’ working location and employer.
ii. The users are required to take a course and keep learning for minimum 50% of its full length and receive a minimum test score of 80.
(3) The issuance of the learning credit hours will be announced on the bulletin board of the website.
 
5. Bonus points
(1) Members will receive 200 bonus points upon registering as the member of E-Arts Learning and receive 10 points for each log in (It takes minimum 5 minutes for the next log in). Members will also receive 100 points if their online studying reaches one hour each time.
(2) Members may redeem the bonus points for gifts; each member’s account is approved for maximum 15 times redeeming per season. The organizer reserves the rights to modify the rules regarding to the bonus points redeeming project, and it will be announced on the website when the rules have been modified.
 
6. Except for unexpected circumstances, the learning credits and bonus points mentioned above will be issued once per season. The learning credits will not be reissued.
 
7. The information of opening courses and its learning credits authenticate will be announced by the Center at “popular courses” of the E-Arts Learning website.
